Quality Controller

Position Overview
Visit customer onsite (within an agreed time-frame) to assess complaint raised
Provide feedback / recommendations in QC report to assist in closing the complaint as quickly as possible to the customers’ satisfaction.

Essential Job Roles:
To act in a professional manner when visiting the customer.
To provide a professional QC report along with recommendations.
Where possible, to fix the problem on-site thus reducing the complaint lead time.
Customer visit & report to be completed within 48hrs of receipt of complaint.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
Fluent English / Arabic.
Driving License required.
Experience of handling / installing Sanitary & Furniture Products
Communicate effectively with customer / office staff.
