1️⃣ Workshop Manager – Heavy Vehicles
This is a senior role for someone who knows how to run a workshop without chaos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations for heavy vehicles
- Manage technicians, supervisors, and workflow planning
- Ensure productivity, safety standards, and quality repairs
- Coordinate with parts, dispatch, and management teams
- Monitor KPIs, downtime, and operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong leadership background in heavy vehicle workshops
- Hands-on technical knowledge
- Ability to manage pressure and people
2️⃣ Dispatcher – Vehicle Movement
Perfect for someone who’s organized and sharp with coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage vehicle movement between sites
- Coordinate with drivers, workshop, and operations teams
- Track vehicle status and ensure timely dispatch
- Maintain basic movement records and reports
3️⃣ Senior Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
- Supervise dispatch operations and junior dispatchers

💼 Job Description – HR Admin Officer (Kuwait)
We’re currently looking for an HR Admin Officer who knows their way around HR operations in Kuwait — visas, residency, contracts, and all those important details that keep a company compliant and stress-free.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable dealing with government offices (yes, even on long days).
What you’ll be doing (day to day):
- Handling government relations and all related administrative work
- Managing residency permits, visas, and employee documentation
- Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating employment contracts
- Supporting HR operations across our F&B outlets
- Making sure everything aligns with Kuwait labor laws and HR procedures
- Coordinating smoothly with internal teams and external authorities
Some days will be quiet and paperwork-focused.
Other days? Busy, fast, and full of follow-ups. That’s HR life — and we love it.
✅ What we’re looking for
- 3–4 years of experience in an HR Admin role
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HR practices
- Experience in the F&B industry is a big plus
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Clear communicator with good coordination skills
- Able to join immediately or on short notice
