GREEN APPLE PHARMACEUTICAL TRADING COMPANY AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES IS HIRING:
“Procurement Manager”
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain a supply network for the Kuwait market
· Maintain the right stock level across owned materials
· Negotiate prices with suppliers, ensuring consistently supplied at the right time, in the right quantities, and with the right quality
· Receive and analyze requisitions
· Manage and coordinate the daily deliveries in the warehouse
· Develop and maintain an items management database to keep accurate records of inventory and purchases.
· Track and report important operational data to lower costs and boost performance.
· Ensuring the availability of items through safety stock planning
· Coordinate with the sales force team, marketing manager and Research & Development manager to add new items and brands
· Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure stocks are properly stored and maintained, including stock production dated expiration date, batch no. etc.
· Use inventory management database to track Quantity Requisition & POs and the landed costs
· Coordinate with the accounts team for invoices processing, and payments, and reconcile invoices weekly and/or monthly.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Must have had a minimum of 5 years of previous proven experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Arabic is essential.
4. Excellent level of MS office applications.
5. Great analytical skills.
6. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
7. Sufficient knowledge of supply chain management.
8. A knack for negotiation and networking.
9. A strong team player with solid judgment.
10. Must be located in Kuwait.
