Who We’re Looking For:
A motivated, hands-on Marketing Officer who’s not afraid to pick up a camera, brainstorm fresh ideas, and help make our marketing shine. If you love snapping photos, creating content that feels real, and seeing your work come to life online – this could be your playground.

What You’ll Do (Every Day Might Look Like This…):

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns – sometimes big, sometimes small, but always meaningful.
• Capture beautiful, high-quality photos and videos that tell our story.
• Schedule and upload content on our social media – yes, reels, posts, and everything in between.
• Coordinate on-site shoots across different departments – think teamwork + fun.
• Assist in preparing creative content – graphics, visuals, ideas.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day operations.

Skills & Experience We’d Love to See:

• Photography & basic videography skills – you love making visuals pop.
• Content creation – posts, reels, visuals, you name it.
• A keen eye for detail (we notice the small things!).
• Creativity and a willingness to learn – no idea is too small.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or content creation (your portfolio will speak volumes!).

✨ Wathif is Hiring! Product Development (R&D) Specialist – Kuwait City ✨

Location: Kuwait City
Visa: Regular Company Visa
Working Hours: 8 hrs/day — 6 days/week (Saturday half-day)
Languages: English required | Arabic is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Product Development (R&D) Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of innovation. Your mission: create new flavors, improve existing products, and keep Wathif ahead of trends in the healthy chocolate and snack market. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day:

• Develop exciting new flavors and products based on market trends and brand vision.
• Improve taste, texture, nutrition, and labeling of existing products.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead.
• Explore global food trends to inspire innovation.
• Enhance shelf life while keeping quality top-notch.
• Test and evaluate new machines, tools, and production techniques.
• Collect consumer insights through surveys and research.
• Work closely with kitchen/production teams to reduce wastage.
• Source and test premium raw materials.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality.
• Support ISO/HACCP certification processes.
• Update product labels for accuracy and transparency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition.
• 3+ years in R&D or product development (chocolate, confectionery, or related foods).
• Strong knowledge of formulation, ingredients, and sensory evaluation.
• Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, and labeling standards.
• Excellent research, analysis, and project management skills.
• Creativity and genuine passion for healthy/functional foods.
• English required; Arabic is a plus.
