PLANNER ( Maintenance planning/scheduling ) – Vacancy ( 15 nos )
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Maintenance planning/scheduling, in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Industries.
Salary – Total Salary 8800 QAR ( BASIC – 8000 QAR + SITE ALLOWANCE ( 800 QAR )

Job Location : Qatar
Educational Qualifications: HSC + 3-yr Technical Diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent) in Engineering.
Computer Skills: Computer literate with knowledge of SAP and commonly used Microsoft business software packages required.
JOB RESPONSIBITY –
1. Develops detailed plans with the sequence of activities that define a required scope of work for all P3 and P4 work orders.
2. Plan is broken down into logical tasks with resources related to materials, procurement, tools, equipment, labor, contracts and logistics requirements.
3. Performs daily review of new notifications to ensure the information is sufficient for planning purposes and provides insight for realistic TFUC (Time Frame Under Consideration)
4. Checks and requests cancellation of identified duplicate work orders for similar work on the same equipment/functional location.
5. Confirms all associated costs are captured in the work order prior to sending for approval.
6. Notification Pre-RBWS review and support the LACD amendment process
7. Follows up on procurement status and ETA
8. Raises MDG that are not listed or are incorrect in the SAP BOM
Job Specific Requirements:
• Should be proficient in SAP planning transactions.
• Should understand Maintenance Business Process.
• Should be able to plan different online and offline jobs based on Operational requirements.
• Should be able to read material specifications and understands specific material requirements
• Should be able to read P&IDs, drawings, and different technical documents.
• Should be able to prepare complete Work packs, with all the required tasks, drawings, material details, etc.
