Job Description

 

  • Handle videography and photography activities.
  • Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function.
  • Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
  • Draft press releases, assist with media relations and create media clip reports.
  • Develop and write social media content.
  • Handles inquiries from the public, press and related organizations.
  • Coordinate events such as exhibitions, seminars and open days for the public relations department and any other department as required.
  • Support the public relations activities associated with the ACK graduation event.
  • Support the development of promotional collateral and its distribution.
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze social media and online activity for the department.

 

Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
