1) HR Officer – Kuwait

This role is perfect for someone who understands people, policies, and paperwork — and can balance all three without stress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Managing attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Supporting payroll coordination and internal HR processes
  • Acting as a bridge between management and staff
  • Ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor regulations

Requirements

  • MBA in HR (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–3 years HR experience in Kuwait
  • Transferable Visa (Article 18)
  • Organized, approachable, and confident communicator

2) Accounts Officer – Kuwait

  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Arabic reading & speaking skills
  • Valid Kuwait driving license
  • Minimum 2–3 years PRO/Mandoub experience in Kuwait
  • Transferable Visa (Article 18)

A well-established automotive operation in Al Rai, Kuwait is currently expanding its team and looking for experienced inventory and ordering professionals. These roles are critical, hands-on, and best suited for people who are comfortable working in fast-paced dealership environments.

  • Inventory Controller
  • Inventory Assistant
  • Ordering Supervisor
  • Ordering Staff

What You’ll Be Doing (Role Overview)

Depending on the position, your day-to-day work may include:

  • Managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitoring stock movement, usage trends, and reorder points
  • Coordinating with procurement and suppliers
  • Handling purchase orders and tracking deliveries
  • Working closely with service, sales, and warehouse teams
  • Using DMS systems to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Supporting cost control and minimizing excess or dead stock

This is not a desk-only job. It’s hands-on, detail-driven, and essential to the business.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control and/or procurement
  • Strong preference for candidates with automotive industry experience
  • Experience working with American or European brands
  • Hands-on knowledge of DMS systems such as:
    • Kerridge
    • Autoline Drive
    • AS400
  • Previous experience in a dealership environment with:
    • Average inventory value of KWD 2 million or more
    • Annual purchases between USD 8–10 million
  • Transferable Visa (Article 18)
  • Male candidates only
  • Ready to join immediately
