About the Role
China Communications Construction Co. Ltd (CCCC) is currently looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team on a high-profile government construction project under the Ministry of Public Works (MPW).
This is not a routine admin role. It’s a key position in a fast-moving construction environment where documentation, accuracy, and timing truly matter. If you’re someone who understands technical drawings, transmittals, approvals — and knows how to keep everything under control even when things get busy — we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
In this role, you will be trusted with the full lifecycle of project documentation, including:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing project documents through Aconex
- Ensuring documents follow project procedures, approval workflows, and MPW standards
- Coordinating documentation between the site team, consultants, subcontractors, and the client
- Maintaining accurate document registers, distribution matrices, and archival records
- Making sure the right people receive the right documents — on time, every time
Your work will directly support smooth project execution and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and discipline:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document control (construction project experience preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Aconex — this is mandatory
- Professional command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience working with government entities, especially MPW, is a strong advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

🔧 Electrical Maintenance – KNPC Project
HOTECC is urgently hiring experienced electrical professionals for a KNPC project in Kuwait.
These are site-based roles in a fast-paced Oil & Gas environment, so we’re looking for people who know the job, understand safety, and can handle responsibility without constant supervision.
If you’ve worked on refineries, substations, or hazardous areas — this is for you.
🔹 Electrical Supervisor
This role is for someone who’s been around long enough to lead, guide, and control site activities, not just execute them.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervising electrical maintenance and installation works on site
- Managing technicians and electricians during daily activities
- Handling electrical systems up to 11 kV, including substations, generators, UPS systems, and flameproof equipment
- Ensuring all work follows KNPC standards, safety rules, and project procedures
- Coordinating with engineers, planners, and client representatives
Who we’re looking for
- ITI with 10–12 years of experience OR
Diploma with 8–10 years of experience - Strong hands-on experience in Oil & Gas electrical systems
- Good English communication (spoken and written)
- Confident, disciplined, and able to lead a team under pressure

🔹 Electrician

What you’ll be doing
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment

- Following site safety rules and permit-to-work systems
Who we’re looking for
- ITI with 5–7 years of experience OR
Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience - Solid hands-on electrical knowledge
- Able to understand and communicate in English
- Oil & Gas or industrial experience preferred
This role is for people who do the job right — even when no one is watching.
🔹 Fire Alarm Technician
A safety-critical role that requires precision, certification, and experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Alarm & Halon systems
- Working with systems such as SAVAL-KRONEMBURG or equivalent
- Troubleshooting faults in hazardous and Oil & Gas environments
- Ensuring systems comply with safety standards and client requirements
Who we’re looking for
- Certified Fire Alarm & Halon Technician
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or hazardous areas
- Good English communication skills
- Strong understanding of safety procedures
If you take fire protection seriously — as it should be — this role matters.
🔹 Electrician Mate
A support role for reliable workers who assist electricians on site.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting electricians during installation and maintenance works
- Handling tools, materials, and basic electrical tasks
- Supporting daily site activities and housekeeping
- Learning on the job while following safety rules
Who we’re looking for
- Basic or understandable English communication
- Oil & Gas or construction site experience preferred
- Physically fit, dependable, and willing to learn
