Hiring – Construction & Project Management Positions in Kuwait

1️⃣ Document Controller
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Job Overview:
The Document Controller will manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control project documents, drawings, and records.
- Ensure all documentation is updated, properly filed, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Track document revisions and maintain a document control system.
- Assist project teams in document preparation and reporting.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors for document submissions and approvals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
- Immediate availability to join.
2️⃣ Draftsman (Architectural)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Job Overview:
The Architectural Draftsman will prepare technical drawings and plans for projects in accordance with design specifications and architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software.
- Review design documents and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Update drawings based on project revisions and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
3️⃣ Project Engineer / Coordinator
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years
Job Overview:
The Project Engineer / Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate project activities from inception to completion.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving technical, operational, and administrative issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project coordination/engineering.

Hiring – Accounts Payable Accountant | The Sultan Center, Kuwait

The Sultan Center, a leading retail and supermarket chain in Kuwait, is seeking experienced Accounts Payable Accountants to join its finance team. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a strong accounting background to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Perform supplier account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules as needed.
- Use ERP accounting software (preferably Oracle Financial) to record, process, and manage transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with other finance team members and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, specifically in accounts payable.
- Hands-on experience with supplier reconciliations and general ledger accounts.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software (Oracle Financial preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Duties and responsibilities:
