A reputable company Latest New Jobs in Kuwait is looking for an innovative procurement manager to lead our procurement team. You will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes.

Responsibilities procurement manager :

– Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
– Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
– Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
– Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
– Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
– Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.
– In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
– Talent in negotiations and networking.
– Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
– Management and leadership skills.
– Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on backend system administration and assisting with various IT projects. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and the ability to maintain apps is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to restaurant staff and management, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
•      Administer and maintain backend systems, ensuring optimal performance
and security.
•      Assist in the development and deployment of new backend features and
updates.
•      Manage and update company apps, ensuring compatibility and
functionality.
