·        To survey of the real estate market in order to analyze the data and evaluate the real estate to develop practical plans.
·        Defining and implementing marketing programs.
·        Conducting market studies for rents in local areas.
·        To promote vacant real estate and properties through specified mechanism.
·        Evaluate customer requirements and financial budget to deliver appropriate offers with the specified budget.
·        Provide accurate information and data on the various features of real estate.
·        Verifying data and information and reviewing real estate details.
·        Communicating and contracting with international/regional/local companies to attract them to open commercial activities in malls.
·        Negotiating with clients regarding investment terms and agreements.
·        Provide proper maintenance guarantees and check the real estate properties periodically.
·        Executing lease contracts, coordinating with brokers, owners, suppliers and agents.
·        Maintain communication with tenants during their tenancy to oversee their well-being and assist in resolving property issues.
·        Explain the lease terms, rental price and payment term to the tenants.
·        Organizing meetings to discussed investment operations to determine the necessary solutions to achieve the department’s objectives.
