– to provide one-to-one support.

A Personal Assistant job description include:
– Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
– Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
– Answering phone calls & follow-up
– Organizing and planning meetings
– Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
– Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
However, there are a number of professional qualities that should be included in the duties of a Personal Assistant:
– Computer literacy
– Professional discretion
– Efficiency
– Well-developed time management skills
– Strong organizational skills
– Bilingual (Fluent in Arabic & English)

• In-Depth knowledge of Water Quality Requirements for Various Industries as per International Standards for Water Treatment Systems
• Ability to understand and build PID and Drawings for Various Systems

• Transferable residency in Kuwait – Article 18
• Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
