Job Responsibilities
1.ย ย ย Daily communication with our customers by phone to convinces & pushes them to pay that amounts ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย as soon as possible.
2.ย ย ย Searching for a new info. For our customers like (New number from viva Zain – Last workplace and his ย ย ย manager info. โ His first class relatives info.)
3.ย ย ย Follow up the status of the customers weekly in the courts.
4.ย ย ย Going to our customers โField visitโ in their work or home and make sure their presence in these addresses.
5.ย ย ย Field Implementation for ( the arrest order against customer who refuse to pay with a secret police ).
6.ย ย ย Captured customer car โ all steps.
7.ย ย ย Daily communication with our customers by phone to convinces & pushes them to pay that amounts ย ย ย ย ย ย ย as soon as possible.

Educational Qualifications:ย 4 Years bachelorโs degree in electrical engineering.
JOB PROFILE:
- Must be familiar with Project management software like Primavera, MS Projects etc.
- To establish baseline schedule for the project.
- Preparation of monthly progress report, maintain and updating work schedule, monitoring / tracking project progress and preparation of incident reports, insurance claims etc.
- Preparation of cash flow statements.
- Initiation and tracking of POs and communication with Vendors, whenever required.
- Reconciliation of materials.
- Preparation of ISO documents related to quality management system.

COST CONTROLLER
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team.
Your key responsibilities would include, but is not limited to:
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Develop and forecast budgets in coordination with different departments.
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Conduct cost analysis, identify areas of improvement and introduce cost saving methods.
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Implement measures to control expenses and identify driving factors
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and pricing
Qualifications:
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Masterโs degree, certifications, etc. are an added advantage.
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Proven experience in cost control or a similar financial role.
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Familiar with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
โขย ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
