Job Summary:
The selected candidates will support daily kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring quality and consistency in food production in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Commis
- Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support senior kitchen staff during service hours.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Demi Chef de Partie
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section.
- Prepare and present dishes according to hotel standards.
- Supervise commis staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure quality, portion control, and consistency of dishes.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or professional kitchen environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Urgent Hiring – Safety Officers (Shutdown Project)
We are seeking experienced Safety Officers for an upcoming shutdown project in Kuwait. This is a short-term contract with immediate joining.
Project Details:
- Location: Kuwait
- Duration: 40–50 days (shutdown period)
- Overtime: 5 hours per day
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 500 KWD
- Incentive: 2 KWD per day
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Transportation: Provided by the company
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / Diploma in Safety or equivalent
- Experience in shutdown projects or oil & gas industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and HSE practices
- Immediate availability is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety procedures during the shutdown project.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Report and document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Assist in safety training and toolbox talks for the project team.
