A well reputed F&B company is looking for Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

•Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries and generate monthly financial reports for senior management review.
•Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
•Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
•Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
•Supervise preparation of developing and delivering any ad-hoc reports required by executive management ensuring timely delivery of accurate information for key decision-making.
•Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
•Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
•Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working
relationships

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA qualification
•4-6 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
•Prior experience in Big 4 or other audit firms is an advantage
•Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
•Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
•Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills

“ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (EENG)”

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
a) B.Sc. degree in electrical from a university recognized by the Kuwait Society of Engineers.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Eight (8) years experince in electrical maintanance field at pertroleum oil refinrey / pertochemical insudtry our of which 4 years must be in a responsible position as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Other Requirements:
a) To be able to read, write and speak in English fluently.
b) Should be fully conversant with Electrical Maintenance & troubleshooting of HV/MV/LV underground cable,
power& distribution transformers, switchgears & control, motors & motor control centers, A.C. / D.C. UPS Power
systems Electrical Network & Monitor System, Cathodic protection, lighting, IMCS (Intelligent Motor Control
Center) industrial / Building Fire alarm/ Firefighting systems , Skin effect heat tracing, Elevators etc.,
c) To be able to prepare shutdown maintenance schedules for HV/MV/LV switchgear, Power transformers, motor
control centers & motors etc.
d) To be able to work independently to implement planned maintenance and repair schedules on various electrical
equipment and system in co-ordination with Company staff.
e) To be able to troubleshoot and diagnose different electrical equipment faults.
f) To be able to prepare and update electrical drawings.
g) To be able to execute / implement modification & commission / startup of new Electrical projects.
h) Should be fully conversant with Hazardous Area Classifications.
