Key Account Manager – Mobiles and IT Accessories

We are looking for an experienced for Key Account Manager with a strong background in mobiles and IT accessories. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mobiles and accessories sector

– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy

– Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

– Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and customer feedback

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B Key Account Management

– Strong understanding of the mobiles and accessories industry

– Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

– Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
