Accountant (MALE)

Job Description for Accountant:
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivables and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Support the accounting supervisor on monthly book closure activities.
• Check and review enhancement orders and approve relevant sales orders.
• Preparing credit approval form for enhancement orders.
• Perform Billing current account service calls and clearing the line items with customer payments.

We are hiring

Female Customer service representative (can speak and write Arabic)

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
· Registers and categorizes calls & interacts with customers, including classifying, resolving, and closing customer requests.
· Communicate/answer calls and respond to emails and provide customers with product and service information, complete call logs, and produce call reports.
· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
· Ensure that all inquiries, requests, and complaints are being addressed to the right department concerned.
· Provide daily/monthly/quarterly reports to the department manager, identifying reasons resulting in complaints.
