For Service Beyond 5 Years

Total Indemnity = First 5 Years Indemnity + Exceeding Years Indemnity + Monthly Indemnity + Daily Indemnity + Paid Leave Amount
Indemnity for Resigned vs. Terminated Employees
- If terminated by employer, you usually get full indemnity.
- If you resign before 5 years, indemnity may be half or less, depending on years served.
