Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements:

Field Project Engineer

Project: KOC
Location : Kuwait
Duration: 2 to 3 Years

Brunel

Bachelors degree in Engineering with 8 years’ experience
Understanding Civil Discipline Engineering and Design Work
Knowledge of Civil Engineering software like STAAD-Pro, RCDC. MAT-3D. AUTOCAD, Naviswork for carrying out required design activity at site
Knowledge of Civil design Codes
Attend, review all site queries and clashes and provide Engineering Solution to resolve the queries and clashes
Coordinate with other discipline Field Engineer (E&I. Piping and others) for resolution of site query in case there are INTERFACE issues related to Site Query.
Discuss with client Engineer for the most optimum resolution to SQ.
Prepare short calculation note (using softwares like STAAD-Pro. RCDC, MAT-3D), design modification sketch (using AUTOCAD) and attach with SQ to discuss with KOC-Civil Engineer. After approval on SQ resolution with KOC, issue Construction Change Notification (CNS) and submit to PEM / LDE-Civil for incorporation in model / drawings, as deemed necessary.
In case of major modification to IFC drawings due to site query, Field Engineer to refer query to PEM / LDE-Civil for complete design change and issuance of revised I FC.
Maintain complete Log of CNS and SQs at site and forward to LDE-Civil fortnightly.
Expedite KOC comments / Approval on Engineering deliverables.
Provide NPCC Engineering the list of Priorities and required dates.
Maintains records of latest drawings / CNS at site.
