Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise all restaurant activities, ensuring adherence to company standards to boost sales and timely report preparation.
– Track Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales across outlets, collaborating with branch teams to meet sales targets.
– Manage restaurant/store facility maintenance and upkeep.
