Project client : Kuwait National Petroleum Company
Position : Documentation Assistant
Salary : 300 KD Basic Salary + 20 accommodation allowances +15 Food Allowances ( Free Local transportation will be provided )
Candidates with Maintenance Exposure with Petroleum /Petrochemical Plants & Oil & GAS Refineries will be perfect match for this role
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
A. Secondary School Education plus ability to type in English.
B. 5 years experience in Technical clerical work.
C. Good knowledge of English language.
D. Good knowledge in operating office equipment & computer Software such as MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS FrontPage, MS Project etc.
E. Should be conversant with Refinery Mechanical Equipment Terminologies.

. WORK PERFORMED
A. Maintain a variety of files containing basic history records and documentations of Field & Shops Equipment & Maintenance activities.
B. Prepare in-house memos, Contractor letters and material requisitions as required for Field & Shops Maintenance Section and maintain a record for necessary action.
C. Keeps a record of technical catalogues/documents and coordinate with Field & Shops Maintenance personnel to issue and receive them back.
D. Studies various technical catalogues within the Section to be familiarized with mechanical equipment terminology etc.
E. Operates various office equipments such as personal computers, calculators, typewriters and reproduction machines.
F. Prepare / types and updates record / documents of routine and non-routine nature.
G. Maintains manpower record and indicates changes whenever made.
H. Maintain equipment files in an orderly sequence, issues and follows up the return of such files or documents.
I. Performs similar or related duties, as assigned..
