• Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Working with the banks and brokers & you will be responsible for providing a wide range of
administrative support.

2. This position is responsible for the daily processing and Settlement of clients’ portfolios & fund transactions such as:
o Processing daily transfers transaction (inward/outward/ Fx, etc).
o Following -up on the pending transactions.
o Bank Reconciliation -Cash management.
3. Updating KYC, FATCA & CRS forms to our Banks & Brokers.
4. Prepare, submit, and update the Authority Matrix for Cash and Trading with our Brokers and Banks.
5. Handling operations administration such as correspondence, letters, forms and payments.
6. Professionally write emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
7. Handling appropriate filing, logs and scanning in an organized manner.
8. Answers phone calls, and schedules meetings.
9. Coordinate internal and external resources for expediting workflows.

• الواجبات والمسؤوليات :
.1 العمل مع البنوك والوسطاء وستكون مسؤوالً عن توفير مجموعة واسعة من الدعم اإلداري.
.2 هذا المنصب مسؤول عن المعالجة اليومية وتسوية محافظ العمالء ومعامالت األموال مثل- :
o تجهيز معامالت التحويالت اليومية )داخلي / صادر / فوركس ، إلخ ، ،(.
o متابعة المعامالت المعلقة.
o تسوية البنك – إدارة النقد.
.3 تحديث نماذج KYC و FATCA و CRS للبنوك والوسطاء لدينا.
.4 إعداد وتقديم وتحديث مصفوفة الصالحيات للنقد والتداول مع الوسطاء والبنوك لدينا.
.5 التعامل مع إدارة العمليات مثل المراسالت والخطابات واالستمارات والمدفوعات.
.6 كتابة رسائل البريد اإللكتروني ومذكرات المراسالت والخطابات والفاكسات والنماذج بشكل احترافي.
.7 التعامل مع الملفات المناسبة والسجالت والمسح اإللكتروني بطريقة منظمة.
.8 يجيب على المكالمات الهاتفية، وإعداد مواعيد االجتماعات.
.9 تنسيق الموارد الداخلية والخارجية لتسريع سير العمل.
