CCNA MCSE Trouble shooting Windows server operating systems Mail Servers routing and switching fundamentals

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Evaluates and proposes technical security solutions and technologies by working with vendors and other support teams
• Assist with user account management in Active Directory, permissions, and access control.
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
• Handles all the maintenance of mail servers, SAN storage, Load balancing and archiving
• Handles security incidents within Corporate IT
• Accountable to keep all Policies & Procedures Documentation update
• Conduct audit reviews on periodical basis through gap analysis to determine key areas for improving the IT security standards
• Work towards new compliance and standards to ensure an up-to-date IT Security Policy
• Evaluate and propose technical security solutions and technologies by working with vendors and other support teams
• Continuous monitoring of the conducting of risk assessments to identify potential risks and their impacts to company assets
• Maintenance/Planning of Network infrastructure, internet, firewall, DNS, web servers and active directory
• Maintenance of mail servers, SAN storage, Load balancing and archiving
• Maintenance of VPN, VOIP and HDSL connections and coordinate with service providers
• Collaborate with other IT teams, such as system administrators and network security teams.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
• Protects assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference
• Accountable for the extensive knowledge of a heterogeneous IT environment including multiple vendors
• In charge of all Windows server operating systems, mail servers, Office applications
• Good Knowledge for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining an organization’s computer networks.
• To ensure the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure while providing technical support to resolve network-related and end-user issues.

KDD Network Administrator Required Qualification :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science with Certification in Networking is required (CCNA, ISO, CCND, MCSE) is an added value.
• Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in networking related services.

Required Professional Skills :

• Responsible for Managing security incidents within the Corporate IT environment.
• Has a strong knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and network-related issues.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network problems efficiently.
• Takes the lead in raising awareness and building consensus on IT security matters.
• Reports any security events, potential risks, or incidents to the organization.
• Manages Windows server operating systems, mail servers, and Office applications.
• Demonstrates proficiency in routing and switching fundamentals.
• Engages in effective communication, discussion, and negotiation with technical and professional staff at all levels, senior IT management, company leadership, and various user communities.
• Drives the complete implementation cycle for ISO certification.
• Holds certifications in CCNA, ISO, CCND, and MCSE, demonstrating expertise in these areas.
• Ability to analyze network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
