Description KDD Maintenance Supervisor:
Experience in basic PLC, Automation, SCADA, mechanical maintenance of pumps, valves, freezers, straight & rotating filling machines
Basic computer skills
OEE reporting, RCA and 5S
Ensure that respective plant machinery and equipment are properly maintained and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Supervise the section’s daily operations, including but not limited to maintenance, personnel utilization, disciplinary issues, and health and safety.
Making suggestions for optimizing the preventive maintenance program and spare parts stock and implementing the approved ones
Making suggestions for upgrading and improvements on existing equipment, and implementing the approved ones
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10 years’ experience in food or dairy manufacturing industries
