Job Description – IT Project Manager

We’re currently looking for an IT Project Manager to handle and coordinate our IT & Telecom projects across Kuwait.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure but can also think on their feet. One moment you’re planning timelines, the next you’re on-site making sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll be working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients — keeping projects on track, solving problems before they grow, and making sure deadlines are actually met (yes, really).

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing IT and Telecom projects from start to finish
• Coordinating with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Visiting project sites when needed (having your own car really helps here)
• Making sure everything runs smoothly — even when plans change

Some days will be fast. Some days will need patience. But you’ll always know your work matters.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT & Telecom
• Previous experience in the Kuwait market
• Valid Kuwait driving license + personal vehicle (must)
• Project Management Certification from PMI (a big plus, not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, inspection, and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery
• Alignment, balancing, and lubrication activities
• Identifying faults and assisting during shutdowns
• Working closely with mechanical and operations teams

Preferred Experience:
Refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
