Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible to make sure any project/feature to go live is well tested (manual & automation where possible) to meet the business requirements and add value to business. Should be willing to take responsibility for the projects to deliver the quality output.
Working closely with development team and make sure that we deliver the quality product. Sanity check should conduct regularly to make sure customer journey is smooth enough.

Job Responsibilities

•Define and execute the testing and QA processes.
•Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
•To be able to automate, sanity, regression and load tests on web and mobile applications where possible.
•Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
•Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
•Write, document and execute manual test plans and related test cases.
•Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
•Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

Candidate Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
•3-5 years of experience with Software QA Engineering
•Knowledge in Quality Assurance standards and best practices
•Java or any respective programming languages.
•Knowledge in test automation using tools (Ex: Selenium, Appium, JMeter etc…)
•Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
•Team-oriented, self-motivated with excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
•Experience in testing web applications using multiple browsers
•Experience in testing Mobile Apps (Android and IOS)
•Comfortable with Web, Mobile Applications and APIs.
•Strong domain knowledge in E-commerce and retail highly preferred.
•APIs testing experience.
