Senior Facilities Engineer:

Lead and supervise the engineering teams responsible for the maintenance and repair of building systems.
Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are operating efficiently and meeting the safety standards.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and oversee compliance with safety regulations.

Engineers (QHSE, Fire & Safety, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, BMS, Fire Fighting, BIM Coordination):

Engineers will provide specialized technical expertise in their respective fields, maintaining and troubleshooting systems in large commercial and residential facilities.
Develop long-term facility maintenance plans and ensure proper documentation of all procedures.
Oversee installations, modifications, and upgrades to facility systems.

HSE Officer/Inspector:

Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits, identifying areas of improvement.
Train and educate the workforce on safety best practices.

Senior Technical Officer/Supervisor:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Facility Management Company Experience is mandatory for all positions.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Engineering, Facilities Management, etc.) for Managers and Engineers.
MME (UPDA) Grade B required for Engineers.
Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification for Supervisors/Officers/Technicians.
12 years GCC experience for Managers/Engineers.
10 years GCC experience for Supervisors/Officers/Technicians.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
