What

We are hring the best call center agents and we are looking for you!

You will be responsible in handling high volume of inbound customer calls to service them with quality and resolve billing enquiries, explain products and services, trouble shoot service equipment issues.

 

How

  • Facilitate, solve, interact and provide a high level of customer service that would exceed customer expectations as well meeting the departmental goals.
  • Evaluate customer concerns and resolve problems towards customer satisfaction.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
  • Secure customer satisfaction in every interaction in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on products, services, promotions, procedures and terminology for all ZAIN touch points and third party services.
  • Suggest sales to customers by introducing products (especially new products).
  • Own and manage the customer relationship, resolving calls in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Fulfill individual and team based performance parameters (KPIs).
  • Full utilization of all system functionalities.
  • Contribute to a continous maintenance and optimization of processes and procedures.

What do i need

  • Bachelors degree or two year diploma (after high school)
  • Bilingual Arabic / English
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • To be able to serve our customers in a professional manner

Basic Purpose

The Analytics Senior acts as the “single source of truth” and is responsible for providing data-based answers to business related questions. The Analytics Senior accepts reports and analysis requests from Marketing and manages the analysis and mining of data to produce commercially relevant insights. Furthermore the Analytics Senior will lead the build-up of core data products as well as modeling and experimentation processes. The position is a leadership role that strikes the right balance between business acumen and passion for modeling, writing code and getting hands-on with technical solutions

Main Responsibilities and Duties

•Develop solutions & Ad-hoc zoom-ins of key commercial hypothesis and analysis requests generated from leadership meetings

•Develop and implement algorithms for analysis of large, complex datasets

•Create visualizations to present results of analyses to various stakeholders (including stakeholders of a non-technical background)

•Perform mathematical modeling, machine learning, probability and other data studies and data discovery around new data sources or new uses for existing data sources

•Build models, coalesce data sources, interpret results, and build services that enhance Zain’s ability to derive value from data and that upgrade Zain’s decision-making capabilities meanwhile featuring the latest in data science tools, machine learning / A.I. algorithms, software engineering disciplines, and analytical techniques

•Lead the development of models that are appropriately scoped to solve marketing problems that include but are not limited to:

− Statistical forecasting models

− Profitability models

− Business case simulations

WHAT DO I NEED?

•Ability to lead, inspire and motivate stakeholders towards a common goal

•Ability to efficiently manage one’s own time and the time of others

•Excellent knowledge of statistics, data mining tools and methodologies (e.g. R,SQL , Python, etc.)

•Familiarity with business theory and methodology

•Strong quantitative, analytical reasoning and modelling abilities

•Strong statics background and comfort developing mathematical query and data manipulation solutions

•Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify and frame key issues

•Excellent written and verbal communication, influence, and negotiation skills to express ideas

•Experience handling medium to large datasets (100 GB+)

•Basic understanding of telecommunications and tech industry

•Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
