HR & Payroll Officer
Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains employee details and payroll records
Updates enters salary elements, increments and deductions in the HRMS
Reviews payroll data to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies; verifies payment calculated before forwarding to Finance department
Prepares leave salary in advance
Receives overtime sheets of various departments, calculates overtime entitlements and adds to payroll Explains payroll and HR policies & procedures as required Computes indemnity for exiting employees and prepares the End of Service Benefits statements
Develops and maintains spreadsheets and ad hoc reports to provide payroll information, as needed
Maintains documentation of payroll processes & procedures and recommends changes Prepares statement of social security payment for Kuwaiti employees and sends it to Finance with requisite approvals within set timeline
Prepares employment and salary certificates
Qualifications
- B.S.c in Business administration, HR, Accounting or any related field
- 3- 5 Years of experience
- Time management skills
- Proficient in excel
- Transferable visa
- Communication skills
- Very good in English language
