Job Title  : IT Analyst – Business Solutions

Location : Shuwaikh, Free Trade Zone

Business Unit : Alghanim Engineering

Reports to : Sr. Business Solutions Manager

Job Summary: 

Responsible for managing IT projects and change requests to ensure timely delivery for business requirements as per expectation. Also act as first point of contact for any IT support within business and work closely with partners/stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of IT requirements

Key Accountabilities:

• Handle change requests raised by business and ensure timely delivery with adherence to change management process
• Projects management: manage small to medium size projects or assigned tasks within a project
• Understand at least one end to end key business processes in detail in SAP e.g. order to cash, procure to pay, Master Data Management etc. as
• Provide support for existing system (SAP, BI/BO, mobile apps) along with the integration between ERP & other modules through coordinating and following up with partners
• Innovate new ideas that can help business to increase sales, save cost or enhance controls
• Incidents and service requests management. Ensure timely closure for service tickets and incidents

Skills, knowledge & experience required

• Exposure to best practices Master Data Management for material and vendors.
• Team working skills
• Projects management and change management skills
• Good knowledge of IT Processes and policies
• IT graduate with minimum four years’ experience in similar role
• Good presentation and reporting skills
