Gulf Cryo Kuwait, Mina Abdullah is looking for a female HR Coordinator
Job role:
Provides administrative support to the department.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies for any recruitment requirement
Responsible for the recruitment process; interviewing, selection processes, and preparing recruitment documents and new-hire packets (job offer, employment contract, id cards, probationary forms, etc.).
Plans and assists induction schedules and programs for new hires.
Process and coordinate completion of exit clearance.
Responsible for travel requirements as requested.
Responsible for archiving employee personnel files.
Compile training annual plan, keep records of training conducted, and ensure training evaluation is received from line managers.
Process issuance forms of assets (car and mobile line/units) to employees and keep the master list up to date.
Submit accurate and timely HR reports
18 Transferable residency only.
Previous experience of at least 3 years or more.
Previous experience in the Oil & gas industry (Preferred).
