Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller
with strong knowledge of Aconex to manage project documentation, ensure
compliance with company procedures, and support the project teams with timely
and accurate document control.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control incoming/outgoing documents through
Aconex
Ensure proper coding, tracking, and distribution of project documentation
Maintain up-to-date document logs and ensure version control
Support technical and engineering teams with document retrieval
Ensure documentation complies with project requirements
Coordinate document submission to client/consultant as per standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 4–6 years experience as Document Controller in
construction projects

Strong hands-on experience in Aconex is mandator
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Able to work under deadlines and handle confidential data
