- Receive emergencyand non-emergency calls and record significantinformation
- Address problems and requests bytransmitting information or providing solutions
- Receive and dispatch orders for products ordeliveries
- Prioritize calls according tourgency and importance
- Use radio, phone orcomputer to send crews, vehicles or other field units toappropriate locations
- Monitor the route andstatus of field units to coordinate and prioritize theirschedule
- Provide field units with informationabout orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs andrecords of calls, activities and other information
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experienceas dispatcher or relevant position
- Tech-savvywith knowledge of relevant methods (CAD)
- Fasttyping with experience in data entry
- Knowledgeof procedures and guideline for emergency situations
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational and multitaskingabilities
- Active listener with excellentcommunication skills
- Sound judgement andcritical thinking
- High schooldiploma

Job Summary
The Receptionist reports to the Showroom Manager and provides administrative support to all Central Services and Support Operations of the Automotive division of Alghanim Industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers and direct them to the appropriate representative
- Responsible for maintaining all files
- Arranging and coordinating the manager’s schedule
- Coordination of all archive support for Automotive division
- Writing and translating all facility correspondence (Arabic and English)
- Organizing travel and hotel accommodation for all managerial staff
- Responsible for preparing employees change of status forms
- Coordinating with HR office on all personal matters relating showroom staff
Handling all incoming and outgoing mail for the manager
Candidate Requirements
- Must be able to speak and write Arabic and English

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for implementation of the operational sales plan of the Direct Expansion business for replacements and private area, to achieve the target and increase the department profits.
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting with customers to introduce the service.
- Being available for customers’ queries and questions.
- Improving networking with customers by keeping updated records and database.
- Promoting the provided service to satisfy the sales targets.
- Searching the market for new/potential customers and sales channels.
- Keeping an updated customers’ information continuously.
- Providing the highest level of service to the company customers and always monitoring the quality and customer service satisfaction indicators.
