This role is ideal for someone who loves the world of travel — flight bookings, itinerary planning, reservations, and making sure everything falls perfectly into place.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling ticket bookings, rebookings, and cancellations using Travelport (Galileo)
- Preparing itineraries, fare quotations, and travel options for customers
- Communicating with airlines, customers, and internal teams
- Managing last-minute changes… calmly and professionally
- Making sure every customer feels supported throughout their travel process
- Ensuring travel documents and booking records are accurate and up to date
Who fits this role:
- Someone with 2+ years of experience using Travelport/Galileo
- Bilingual (Arabic + English)
- Already residing in Kuwait
- Friendly, helpful, and good at handling fast-paced tasks
2️⃣ Admin Officer – Travel Agency (Kuwait-Based Only)
Think of this role as the backbone of the office — the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your day-to-day work includes:
- Managing office paperwork, filing, records, and documentation
- Supporting the reservations and ticketing team with coordination
- Communicating with customers, vendors, and partners
- Preparing reports, updating logs, and ensuring admin tasks are completed on time
- Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Ensuring office operations run efficiently and professionally
You’re a great match if:
- You have 2+ years of admin experience, preferably in a travel-related environment
- You’re bilingual (Arabic + English)
- You live in Kuwait
- You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking

These are leadership roles for people who’ve “been there, done that” in drilling operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead field teams during well intervention activities
- Oversee downhole operations, pressure control, and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with KOC representatives and ensure full compliance with standards
- Make critical decisions during unexpected well conditions
- Support operational planning, resource allocation, and team coaching
Who fits this role:
Professionals with 12–15+ years in Co-Man, Toolpusher, or Rig Manager positions, comfortable managing fast-paced wellsite operations.
2️⃣ Wellhead Supervisors / Wellhead Specialists
If you’ve worked extensively with surface equipment, this role is built around your hands-on expertise.
Your responsibilities include:
- Installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of wellhead equipment
- Ensuring well integrity from surface to completion
- Conducting inspections, monitoring pressure conditions, and maintaining logs
- Supervising field teams and contractors
- Enforcing KOC safety rules, PTW, JSA, and lockout/tagout procedures
Ideal candidate:
Someone with 10+ years of deep hands-on experience in wellhead systems, ideally in Kuwait or GCC.
3️⃣ Well Intervention Supervisors / Specialists
You will be the backbone of live well operations — requiring a calm head, quick decisions, and a strong operational background.
Daily tasks:
- Supervising wireline, coiled tubing, and well stimulation jobs
- Managing well killing operations
- Providing solutions for SCP (Sustained Casing Pressure) issues
- Supporting well integrity and downhole diagnostics
- Reviewing job programs and ensuring safe execution
Best fit:
Professionals with 10–12 years in Co-Man / Toolpusher / Rig Manager roles who understand intervention challenges inside out.
4️⃣ HSE Supervisors (Field Safety Lead)
You’ll be the person ensuring everyone goes home safely — every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct toolbox talks, site audits, and safety inspections
- Support high-risk operations (lifting, pressure testing, intervention jobs)
- Ensure compliance with KOC standards and HSE plans
- Investigate near-misses and incidents and prepare reports
- Mentor crews on safe work practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years HSE exp. in oil & gas
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH (NEBOSH O&G is a major plus)
- Strong field presence and communication skills
5️⃣ Control Panel Supervisors / C&I Engineers
This role suits someone who loves solving technical puzzles involving instrumentation and control logic.
Main duties:
- Maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of well control panels
- Working with SSV / SCSSV systems
- Diagnosing electrical, instrumentation, and automation faults
- Supporting drilling and intervention teams during critical operations
- Ensuring safety interlocks, alarms, and control systems function correctly
Ideal profile:
- 7+ years in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
- Experience specifically in drilling industry control systems
6️⃣ Well Intervention Engineers
If you enjoy planning as much as field operations, this is a balanced engineering role.
Your work includes:
- Preparing well intervention programs and operational procedures
- Reviewing pressure data, schematics, and well history
- Supporting wellbore diagnostics and integrity evaluations
- Monitoring well intervention KPIs and reporting to project managers
- Coordinating between field teams, contractors, and KOC
Requirements:
- 5–10 years in well intervention or drilling engineering
- Strong understanding of well integrity and intervention tools

- Strong background in oil & gas, ideally with KOC project experience
- Ability to work under high-pressure, high-risk field environments
