1️⃣ Design Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled Design Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in marine or civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed design plans and drawings for marine structures.
• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver efficient design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical design challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and marine design software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proven track record in marine or infrastructure projects.

Job Description:

• Handling official transactions with government authorities such as the Manpower Authority, ministries, and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinating with banks, lawyers, and clients for company documentation.
• Delivering important documents across Kuwait as required.

• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all administrative and procedural tasks.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Must reside in Kuwait with a transferable Residency (Article 18).
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles handling government procedures.
• Fluent in Arabic; reading and writing skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of all areas in Kuwait.
• Professional, ethical, and capable of representing the company with confidence.
