Customer Service assistant (Filipino)

Duties and Responsibilities;
- Provide assistance to customer, and ensure quality services.
- Greet customers warmly
- Interact with customers to know their requirements and needs.
- Organize & taking customer orders.
- Arranging shop displays and handling payments when necessary.
- Answering customer inquiries via phone or passing them on to the appropriate person.
- Request & replenish for low quantity stocks in display.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills:
- Proven customer support experience
- has great initiative
- good team player
