– Proven 4 years of experience as a Recruiting Specialist in Kuwait, with a track record of successfully placing candidates across diverse industries.
– Strong understanding of Kuwait’s job market, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
– Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
