Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all logistics activities, including 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. This role ensures efficient movement of goods, compliance with trade regulations, and cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
•Plan, coordinate, and monitor international and domestic shipments (air, sea, and land).
•Prepare, review, and manage all shipping/export/import documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, customs declarations).
•Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and government agencies to ensure on-time and compliant shipments.
•Track and resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
•Ensure all logistics activities comply with customs regulations, trade laws, and internal policies.
•Maintain accurate records of shipments, tariffs, HS codes, and duty payments.
•Stay up to date on international trade regulations and Incoterms.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
•Implement and monitor inventory control procedures (cycle counts, stock rotation, FIFO/FEFO).
•Coordinate with procurement and production teams for accurate demand planning.
•Develop and implement strategies to reduce logistics costs and transit times.
•Analyze key metrics (OTIF—On Time In Full, freight spend, warehouse KPIs) and recommend improvements.
•Lead and train warehouse/logistics staff on best practices and safety standards.

•𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
•𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 3–5+ years in logistics or supply chain, with hands-on export/import and warehouse operations experience.
•𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲:
International shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
Warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Position Title: HSE Supervisor

-Job Purpose:
The HSE Supervisor supports the HSE Lead by monitoring daily operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. They work closely with site personnel to enforce safe work practices and prevent incidents.

-Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
· Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe conditions or behaviors.
· Support toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety training.
· Assist in incident investigations and prepare documentation.
· Maintain and update HSE records and inspection reports.
· Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
· Promote a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors.
· Report daily to the HSE Lead on safety performance and issues.
· Assist project team with HSE aspects.
· Report observations to HSE lead on a daily basis.
· Ensuring control of work system such as PTW, risk assessments are adhered to by company personnel.

-Qualifications & Experience:
· Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
· IOSH, OSHA and other HSE
· Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in maintenance or construction projects.
· Working knowledge of HSE laws and best practices.
· Familiarity with maintenance environments (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil).

-Skills:
· Observation and attention to detail.
· Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic incident investigation knowledge.
· Report writing and record-keeping.
· Team collaboration and problem-solving.
· Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards.
