-*- *Couriers & Drivers Team Leader ( last mile ) :*
– Strong personality with the drivers to control them & to make sure all the shipments delivered on time .
– Managing the drivers performance by delivering the shipments timely manner .
– Managing the returns parcels and update the system daily .
– Manage, train, plan, direct and control of all Drivers to ensure timely and efficient management of pickups and deliveries of shipments and internal hub operations.
– Supervise , and dispatch orders, coordinate with drivers to ensure that every shipment is picked and delivered.
– Strong knowledge of shipment operations and courier operations process.
– Very good in excel .
– leadership and Strong personality .
– Night Shift only .
*Logistics experience is a must ( last mile ) Only and can join immediately .*
