Assistant Accounts & Control Manager

Job Summary :- To assist all the operations of Business accounting and ensure that the accounting practice is in compliance with related financial policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and local legislation for multiple Business in  Kuwait and KSA.

Job Profile :-

  • Reviewing Revenue and SG&A trends during month end and highlighting anomalies / exceptions to management.
  • Scrutinize Ledgers & Finalize accounts during month end closing.
  • Review of All Balance Sheet Schedules for proper record keeping and maintain audit trail.
  • Liaising with related party counterparts to resolve unreconciled transactions.
  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS Report’s and identify  / report exceptions to management
  • Managing end to end requirements of External Auditors up till finalization of audit report.
  • Liaising with Corporate teams  / related parties for requirements such as implementing new IFRS  , compliance issues , statuary  / tax requirements etc.
  • Supporting Automations from accounting perspective
  • Conducted Bi-Annual and Annual Performance Review’s.
  • Supervise  / Train  & Coach team members and developing succession
  • Coordinate with Financial planning and budgeting team during budgets
  • Ensure accurate tax filing

Qualifications :-

  • Master’s Degree – preferable a CA, CPA , ACCA or CWA
  • Experience  – 3 – 5 years.

HOTECC is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Store Keeper for its KOC Flowline Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in storekeeping within the Oil & Gas sector and possess excellent organizational and inventory management skills.

🧾 Position: Store Keeper

📝 Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations including receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation
  • Ensure correct quantity measurement, conversion, and tracking of materials
  • Arrange materials systematically for easy identification and access
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Ensure materials are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures
  • Support clerical and administrative tasks related to store operations
  • Provide effective internal customer service to project and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with KOC and company safety standards

✅ Candidate Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of proven work experience as a Store Keeper
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (relevant field preferred)
  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred
  • Strong material knowledge, especially project and site materials
  • Good understanding of store management and inventory control systems
  • Proficiency in quantity measurement and unit conversions
  • Strong organizational and arrangement skills
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory systems)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of company procedures, clerical, and administrative functions
