Job Summary
The Admin Officer will be in charge of providing administrative support to all functions within the Kirby Business.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all administrative tasks and coordinate with the representatives for government matters
- Maintain all office files and records with confidentiality
- Coordinate business schedules and meetings
- Coordinate with HR office on all personnel matters
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage, organize and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system
- Liaise between Recruitment and Government Service to follow up the progress of all employees who are going through the residency process
- Devise and apply administrative forms, reports and guidelines
- Handle stationary and supplies inventory
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a graduate; degree in Business Administration preferred
- Strong command of English; preferably also Arabic
- Experience in similar positions
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Must be proactive and personable
- Excellent time management skills
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities

Program Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate day to day details of Program to meet target.
Job Responsibilities
Coordination with volunteers
-Coordinate day to day with volunteers by conducting correspondences, calls and confirm attendance
-Assist in developing and implementing all volunteer Training program
-Prepare Kits and deliver to volunteers
-Ensure the volunteer is ready for the program (trained, receive kits…)
-send volunteer evaluation forms to volunteers
-Greet volunteer 1st day of the session at school
-Assist Facilitators and Volunteers throughout the session
-Attend the program session(s) and Conduct the program if the volunteer don’t show up
Program implementation
-Order any needed materials for the program.
-Coordinate documents delivery with driver and ensure full understanding of desired needs
-Ensure time management and quality of Program In the session
-Coordinate with the Marketing department on all programs sessions/workshop for communication.
-Send Thank you emails to all parties participated in the program
-Report all progress to line manager on a regular basis
Admin coordination
-Coordinate materiel and supply delivery to the session
-Update data in the portal & scan and file verification documents
-Printing and distribution of Certificates for Programs ( volunteers, Students, teachers …)
-Prepare needed forms (Registration forms, pre and post evaluation forms and any needed documents)
-Perform other responsibilities & tasks as required from line manager
Initiatives
-Suggest and work with Line Manager on new initiatives to facilitate work operation and enhance program quality.
Candidate Requirements
-With 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduate are also welcome.
-Demonstrate to work effectively in a team and as a proactive team member
-Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English and Arabic.
-Excellent skills in MS applications.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
-Have a driving license and a car.

Data Scientist

Job Summary
Insight generation by building data mining and statistical models to support Customer Value Management (CVM) and Loyalty Programs by translating model outputs into actionable insights for business units
Job Responsibilities
Data Mining & Advanced Analytics model development
- Actively use built-in data analytics models on CDP, including customer segmentation, churn prediction, propensity modelling and next-best activity; continuous update and adjustment of model parameters and performance tracking of the models on CDP
- Build advanced predictive analytics models offline by using programming languages such as R, Python, SQL and implement those models to CDP to generate them; score the model in other tools and integrate the results to CDP if the model is too complex to be generated on CDP; leveraging infrastructure including Cloud computing solutions and relational database environments
- Stay on top of changing conditions by retraining and testing the model regularly; enhance it whenever necessary
- Monitor models’ accuracy to catch any degradation in its performance over time
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand user interactions
Insight generation
- Actively seek and identify where data science can provide value to business areas across the BUs, provide solutions to BUs analytical problems and validate the solution performance
- Generate actionable insights and predictive modeling techniques to modify consumer behavior
Reporting
- Active use of built-in reporting tools on CDP; day to day report generation and maintenance using BI tools and be involved in any new tool selection and deployment
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that data insights are effectively communicated through the most appropriate data visualization and navigation tools
