ADVISORY ON AMNESTY ANNOUNCED BY KUWAIT GOVERNMENT

This is in continuation to this Embassy’s Advisory dated 27 March 2020.

2. Regarding travel documents (emergency certificates) for all those not in possession of valid passports, please be kindly informed that such Indian nationals will need a standard application form. You may either download this form directly from Embassy's website: www.indembkwt.gov.in, Twitter: @indembkwt, Facebook: @indianembassykuwait, or contact the nearest Amnesty volunteer for collecting a hard copy of this form. A preliminary area-wise list of Amnesty volunteers, to whom printed copies of the application form have been provided by the Embassy, is provided below for kind reference. Revised list will be shared in due course.
