Kuwait City, 30th December 2021: Kuwait Driving License can Renewal Online, but can not Print License The Traffic department restarted online service for renewing driving license for expats after a brief pause, reports Al Rai. The request for renewal is available for everyone through MOI website, but whoever violates the conditions will not be able to print the license from automated devices which are placed at various commercial complexes in Kuwait. Some expats who don’t meet conditions mentioned in the traffic department website, completed their process on the website, paid fees and renewed their drivers license. When they went to print on the machines placed in commercial complexes they were taken by surprise as the machines did not issue the driving license.
