Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://www.paci.gov.kw website and the PACI Mobile application (the “Services”) operated by The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI).
Your access to and use of the Services are conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all, users and others who access or use PACI Services.
We at PACI reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add, modify or replace these Terms at any time.

The Terms and Conditions
- 1-Starting from 18/03/2017, Civil ID card issuance fees must be paid before a Civil ID card will be printed.
- 2-Civil ID cards issued before the date of 18/03/2017 but have not been collected will have fees applied to their owners or original Sponsor.
- 3-A fine of 20 KD will be applied in case you do NOT request an issuance/renewal of your Civil ID card determined by your article number & rule in the table below

- 4-Card issuance fees and/or fines outstanding amounts for a family must be paid at the same time.
- 5-If you still have not collected your card with 6 months of being printed, your Civil ID card will be destroyed and you need to request a new card and pay the issuance fee again.
- 6-For any Civil ID card issuance, you must provide a recent new photograph according to our photo standard specification, which has not been scanned earlier.
Payment Notes:
– Fees Amount is specified by PACI as follow:
a- 5 KD for cards with chip.
b- 2 KD for cards without chip.
– Customer can complain about a payment that has been deducted from his account and hasn’t been updated in our system
– Make sure that you have the civil card before payment , because PACI doesn’t return card fees in case of applying for lost card
