Indman Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., on behalf of M/s Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), is urgently recruiting experienced PMV (Plant, Machinery & Vehicles) professionals for their newly awarded large-scale Onshore Oil & Gas construction projects in Qatar.

This is a FREE RECRUITMENT opportunity with immediate deployment.

  OPEN POSITIONS & DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. PROJECT PLANT ENGINEERS – PMV

Job Description:

• Overall management of PMV activities for the assigned project
• Planning, mobilization, and utilization of heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles
• Coordination with construction, procurement, and logistics teams
• Monitoring equipment productivity, downtime, and maintenance schedules
• Preparing plant-related reports, cost controls, and performance analysis
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, and company policies
• Liaising with vendors and subcontractors for plant requirements

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Strong experience in PMV management for Oil & Gas projects
• Gulf experience mandatory (CCC experience preferred)

2. PROJECT ENGINEERS – PLANT

Job Description:

• Supporting project execution from the plant and equipment side
• Managing equipment allocation and tracking across project sites
• Assisting in planning preventive and corrective maintenance
• Coordinating inspections, certifications, and mobilization schedules
• Ensuring availability of plant resources as per project timelines
• Maintaining plant documentation and asset registers

Requirements:

• Engineering background with PMV exposure
• Minimum 3 years Gulf Oil & Gas construction experience
• Strong coordination and reporting skills

3. CRANE SPECIALISTS

Job Description:

• Planning and supervising crane operations for heavy lifts
• Selecting suitable cranes based on load charts and site conditions
• Preparing lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and lifting regulations
• Coordinating with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers
• Monitoring crane inspections, certifications, and maintenance

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in crane operations (crawler, mobile, tower cranes)
• Oil & Gas project experience in Gulf countries
• Knowledge of international lifting safety standards

4. PLANT INSPECTORS (EQUIPMENT)

Job Description:

• Inspecting heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles on site
• Verifying equipment condition, safety compliance, and certifications
• Conducting pre-mobilization, routine, and post-maintenance inspections
• Reporting defects, breakdowns, and safety issues
• Ensuring compliance with project, client, and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining inspection records and equipment history logs

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical qualification
• Strong hands-on experience with construction plant & equipment
• Gulf Oil & Gas experience essential

5. SITE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS – PMV

Job Description:

• Managing electrical aspects of PMV equipment and site installations
• Supervising electrical maintenance of generators, lighting towers, and plant equipment
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and ensuring minimal downtime
• Ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards
• Coordinating with mechanical and plant teams
• Preparing electrical reports and maintenance schedules

• Electrical Engineering qualification
• Experience in PMV electrical systems

6. SITE PLANT ENGINEERS

Job Description:

• Day-to-day supervision of plant and equipment at project sites
• Coordinating equipment movement and utilization
• Monitoring operator performance and equipment productivity
• Ensuring proper maintenance and safe operation of machinery
• Supporting project managers with plant planning and reporting
• Implementing HSE practices at site level

Requirements:

• Engineering or technical qualification
• Strong site-based PMV experience
• Gulf Oil & Gas experience preferred

7. FOREMEN – PLANT (ELECTRICAL)

Job Description:

• Supervising electrical maintenance teams for plant and machinery
• Assigning tasks and monitoring daily electrical works
• Handling repair and maintenance of generators, motors, control panels, and site utilities
• Ensuring safe electrical practices and compliance with procedures
• Coordinating with site engineers and PMV management
• Maintaining work logs and material usage records

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical trade
• Proven supervisory experience in plant electrical works
• Gulf Oil & Gas project experience mandatory

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (COMMON FOR ALL POSITIONS)

• Ex-CCC candidates preferred
• OR minimum 3 years Gulf experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
• Strong knowledge of PMV systems, site operations, and safety standards
• Ability to work in large, fast-paced project environments
