Job Description – Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities across digital and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to build brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective marketing plans and campaigns
- Handle Meta Business Manager and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Suite, or similar platforms
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other digital analytics tools
- Write engaging marketing content, captions, and copy for digital and print platforms
- Support SEO and SEM activities, including keyword research and basic optimization
- Coordinate with design and printing vendors (printing experience is an added advantage)
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as required
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (digital and traditional), preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in retail, construction, manufacturing, or B2B industries is a strong advantage
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)

A major Oil & Gas project in Qatar is currently seeking an experienced Onshore Supervisor to support operations from EPC phase through commissioning, start-up, and final handover.
This is a key leadership role for professionals who thrive in complex operational environments and know how to keep teams, systems, and safety standards aligned—especially during critical project phases.
🛢️ About the Role – Onshore Supervisor
As an Onshore Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth operational readiness and transition into production. You’ll be on the ground, coordinating teams, resolving issues, and ensuring that everything runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
This position requires strong operational knowledge, calm decision-making under pressure, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operational deliverables from EPC stage through commissioning, start-up, and handover
- Oversee shift operations, including troubleshooting and emergency response
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, operations, and contractor teams
- Support start-up activities and readiness reviews
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
- Support training, mentoring, and development of operations personnel
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover processes
✅ Candidate Requirements
To be considered, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Completion of secondary school education with relevant vocational training
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations
- Strong working knowledge of production equipment, utilities, and control systems
- Experience in onshore Oil & Gas facilities
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using IT systems and operational reporting tools
Experience supporting commissioning and start-up phases is a strong advantage.
