Positions & Job Descriptions

Below is a detailed list of the roles we are hiring for, along with their responsibilities and required qualifications.

QC / Inspection & Supervision Roles

QC Supervisor (Electrical & Instrumentation)

Oversee all QC / QA activities in Electrical & Instrumentation discipline
Monitor inspection, testing, and calibration of instruments and electrical systems
Review and approve inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective actions
Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and vendor teams
Mentor and lead a team of QC Inspectors in EI

QC Supervisor (Welding)

Manage welding inspection and quality control across fabrication and field welding
Ensure weld procedure qualification (WPS/PQR) compliance
Review non‑conformances, root cause analyses, and corrective plans
Liaise with third‑party inspection agencies (e.g., AWS, NACE)

QC Supervisor (Piping)

Supervise piping installation, alignment, supports, testing (hydro, pneumatic), and stress
Ensure compliance to piping codes (ASME B31.3, etc.)
Coordinate with pipeline, civil, and mechanical disciplines

QC Supervisor (Coating)

Manage surface preparation, blasting, painting / coating application, and inspection
Ensure compliance with NACE, SSPC, ISO coating standards
Approve coating inspection plans, holiday detection, adhesion tests

QC Inspector Mechanical (Static & Rotating)

Execute day‑to‑day mechanical inspections under direction of QC Supervisor
Inspection of valves, pumps, turbines, pressure vessels, couplings, etc.
Record and report measurement, alignment, vibration checks

QC Inspector Electrical (Material)

Inspect electrical materials (cables, switchgear, panels, instruments) upon receipt
Check specifications, tags, wiring, insulation resistance, continuity tests

QC Inspector RTR / HDPE

Inspect RTR (raised temperature rails) / HDPE piping systems
Testing, welding inspection, fusion joints, dimensional checks

QC Inspector Steel Structure

Inspect structural steel fabrication & erection: welding, bolting, alignment
Ensure compliance with structural drawings, codes, and tolerances

QC Inspector Piping

Inspect piping welds, dimensional checks, supports, valve orientation
Witness pressure tests, leak tests, documentation

QC Inspector Welding

Execute welding inspections: visual, NDE (dye penetrant, MPI), welder qualification checks
Report and follow up non‑conformances

Engineering, Planning & Technical Roles

Senior / Lead Planning Engineer (Sr Planner)

Develop and maintain project master schedules, CPM, resource loading
Track progress, manage delays, recommend mitigation
Interface with construction, procurement, QA/QC, and clients

Piping Engineer

Design and review piping layouts, isometrics, stress analysis, supports
Coordinate with disciplines (civil, mechanical, process)
Ensure compliance with codes (ASME, ANSI, etc.)

Civil Engineer

Design and supervise foundations, structures, earthworks
Review civil drawings, quality of concrete, rebar, formwork

Instrument Engineer

Design, select, and validate instrumentation systems
Generate instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, calibration plans

Plumbing Engineer

Design internal plumbing, drainage, sanitary, HVAC piping systems
Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and local codes

Structural Engineer

Design structural steel, concrete structures, load calculations
Perform structural analysis, review Shop & Construction drawings

Welding Engineer

Develop and approve WPS, PQR, WPQ, and welding procedures
Monitor welding performance, resolve welding issues, ensure codes compliance

Specialized / Support Roles

NDT Coordinator

Lead Non-Destructive Testing operations across disciplines
Coordinate NDT vendors, plan NDE tests (UT, RT, MPI, PT, etc.), review reports

HSE Supervisor

Ensure implementation of Health, Safety & Environment policies and practices
Monitor site safety, incident reporting, training, audits

Work Permit Receiver / Issuer (with valid ARAMCO card)

Manage work permit issuance, hot work, confined space, electrical isolation
Ensure compliance with ARAMCO safety & permit procedures

Equipment Coordinator

Track equipment mobilization, rental, maintenance, utilization
Coordinate with engineering and procurement for spares and back‑ups

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role in an ARAMCO EPC project
Strong expertise in inspection, supervision, and QC/QA activities
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of QC / technical personnel
For QC roles, prior approval as QC Supervisor / Inspector by ARAMCO is highly preferred
Deep understanding of international & ARAMCO technical codes, standards, and procedures
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate and work under project conditions
