Position Title: Branch Incharge / Teller

🎯 Job Objective

To manage day-to-day branch operations and provide excellent customer service while handling currency exchange and financial transactions with accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all branch operations, staff activities, and transaction handling
• Perform currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and balance cash drawers and prepare daily transaction reports
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Kuwait regulations and internal policies
• Address customer queries professionally in Arabic and English
• Coordinate with head office for reporting, compliance, and audit-related tasks
• Monitor branch performance and assist in achieving sales targets
• Train and guide junior staff or new joiners
• Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and prompt service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment

✅ Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A pleasant and professional voice for effective communication
• Must have a valid transferable Kuwaiti residency (Iqama)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Highly motivated, trustworthy, and enthusiastic personality
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Only candidates residing in Kuwait will be considered
