1️⃣ Construction Manager – Civil (2 positions)

• Lead and oversee civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure all work complies with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for project stakeholders.

2️⃣ Construction Manager – MEP (1 position)

• Manage all MEP activities on site, including installations, commissioning, and testing.
• Ensure work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with civil and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Oversee MEP subcontractors and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

3️⃣ Senior Planning Engineer

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track progress, identify potential delays, and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with all departments to align project milestones.
• Prepare progress reports and present to project management.

4️⃣ Planner

• Assist in preparing project schedules and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and progress tracking.
• Support Senior Planning Engineer in resource allocation and reporting.

5️⃣ Technical Engineering Manager

• Lead technical engineering team and provide guidance on design and execution.
• Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays.

6️⃣ MEP Coordinator – Electrical

• Coordinate electrical MEP activities and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor installation progress and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with subcontractors and management for smooth operations.

7️⃣ MEP Coordinator – Mechanical

• Supervise mechanical MEP installation and commissioning.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for conflict-free installations.
• Maintain documentation and reports for mechanical systems.

8️⃣ Senior Draftsman

• Implement and maintain quality management systems.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and monitor compliance with project standards.
• Lead QC team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Implement Health, Safety & Environment programs on site.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Train staff and subcontractors on safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE regulations and company policies.

• Monitor project performance, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and forecasts.
