Kuwait City, 7th March 2024: Banks Working hours in Ramadan 2024 Banks announces working hours during Ramadan.
The Kuwait Banking Association announced that the local banks in Kuwait will receive customers from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM during the holy month of Ramadan 2024, based on the circular issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait, Deputy Secretary-General of the Kuwait Banking Association Sheikha Al-Issa said.
The bank branches operating in the commercial complexes will have two shifts, except on Friday.
The first shift will be from 11:00 AM to 3.30 PM, and the second from 8:00 PM to 11.30 PM.
Meanwhile, all the bank branches at Kuwait International Airport will operate around the clock ( 24 hours ).
Kuwait Bank Association also said that the customers can complete all banking transactions through bank applications on smart phones or through automated withdrawal and deposit machines available in various regions of Kuwait.

ABK Announces Official Hours during the Holy Month of Ramadan
Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) today announced its official working hours during the Holy month of Ramadan, which will be from 9.30 am to 2:30 pm for all Head Office staff. All the Bank’s branches across Kuwait will be available to serve its customers from 10.00am to 1.30pm. The Bank will resume regular working hours on the first day following the Eid Al Fitr holiday.
ABK’s online services and call center will be available 24 hours a day during this month and can be reached by contacting an ABK representative via ‘Ahli Chat’ or a customer service agent via ‘Ahlan Ahli’ at 1899899.
ABK would like to extend its warmest wishes during this Holy month to the Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Crown Prince of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and to the Kuwaiti government and its people.

KIB announces working hours during Ramadan
Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced the official working hours for the holy month of Ramadan, revealing that the Bank will open its doors to cater to customers from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. It will resume its normal working hours on the first working day after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.
Moreover, KIB will continue to offer its banking services electronically around the clock, allowing the Bank’s customers to conduct their business and complete their financial transactions with the utmost efficiency. The diverse services include the KIB mobile app, which enables customers to conduct most basic transactions, and the KIB Direct service, which can be accessed using a mobile phone without the use of internet, as well as the live chat service and the KIB online portal on its website (www.KIB.com.kw).

Al-Issa added local banks will receive customers as follows:
- Main centers and branches operating one shift from 10 am to 1:30 pm.
- Branches operating at Kuwait International Airport: 24/7, based on working hours determined by each bank at its discretion.
- Branches in commercial complexes — from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm except and from 8:00 pm to 11:30 pm Fridays.
